Everyone can find their own little corner of peace and quiet here while enjoying the spacious, welcoming rooms centered around the kitchen and living room.
The house is quiet and features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The house is laid out over 2 levels, with the first floor facing the street.
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate toilet.
And on the second floor, there is a quiet bedroom with a sink area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher, and also includes a kettle, a drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. The house also has a washing machine and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), and housekeeping is included at the end of your stay.

The house is reserved exclusively for guests. To ensure your peace of mind, check-in is self-service.

This means you are free to access the house starting at 4:00 PM. Likewise, you may check out at your convenience before 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Check-in instructions are provided in advance, and entry is made easy through a key box that allows you to enter the property without needing to schedule a meeting.

We are also available to assist guests should they need anything.

Quiet neighborhood, ideally located: downtown, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby

Free street parking is available on the street and in the surrounding streets; everything is within walking distance.

The house does not have its own parking spaces, but it’s easy to park on the street where the house is located or on nearby streets.
