Located on the 9th floor with elevator and exposed to full sun, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of strolling;
- a furnished balcony to get some fresh air.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment enjoys an ideal location:
- Near an open market every Wednesday and Saturday (at the corner of the street).
- 100 meters from the Parc Montsouris.
For your small daily errands, a supermarket "Franprix" is just 5 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Catacombs of Paris at 22 minutes on foot;
- the Luxembourg Garden 20 minutes by bus;
- the Montparnasse tower 25 minutes by metro;
- the Eiffel Tower at 38 minutes, and many more.

The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.

Line 4: Alésia: 19 minutes on foot.

Lines 21 and 216: Parc Montsouris: a 4-minute walk;
