In a pleasant residence in the city center of Mont Dore located opposite the thermal baths and 100 meters from the shuttles, close to all amenities, great amenities for this 50 m2 T2 located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It consists of an entrance with plenty of storage space opening onto a beautiful living room combining living room and open-plan kitchen/dining room of 23 m2, all facing south and opening onto a French window with a pleasant view of the Capucins massif. This first living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. But also a large bedroom with a double bed (140) and a trundle bed (90), a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the Sancy massif. Finally a bathroom (shower) with toilet, washing machine and heated towel rail. In the annex, the apartment benefits from a private cellar in the basement. Pets are not accepted.
From €456 per week all charges included (excluding tourist tax). Special spa rate.

Optional to be paid on site and subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning fee €80 - Bed linen kit rental per week: 90 cm bed: €15 - 140 cm bed: €20 - 160 cm bed: €20 - Towel kit rental per week (1 large and 1 hand towel): €13.
