If you want to share an aperitif with your loved ones, take advantage of the living room equipped with two sofas facing each other and a large television. The dining area will also delight you with its large designer glass table.

And to perfect this cocooning atmosphere, a cosy reading corner has been created under the stairs for your enjoyment.



Do you like to cook for your loved ones while staying with them to share good convivial moments? This will be possible with the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. It's up to you!



A COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA

To ensure that you have a good night's sleep, the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with recent and quality bedding. They are spread over 2 separate areas.

The master suite on the mezzanine is a real cocoon with a trendy decoration mixing Zelige, exposed stone, warm colors, wood. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a television, a wardrobe and a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet.



The other two duplex bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. They are bright and offer a nice unobstructed view. One of them has balcony access with a French window.

They are both equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe, a TV and a reading corner. On the first floor of each bedroom, accessible by a miller's ladder, is a second room, like an alcove, with a single bed and wardrobe. Everyone has their own privacy.



The second bathroom with sink and walk-in shower is located near the two bedrooms.

Other remarks

We provide you with 1 parking space at the Indigo old port car park located 550m away on foot. You can park at the foot of the apartment to unload on arrival.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-11am.

During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which is quietly explored along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. You will find shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance.



We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also take your car back and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...



Transport

You are 15 minutes’ walk from the Calanques du Mugel & Figuerolles or the beaches. You will enjoy all the amenities nearby.

The bus station is only 350 m away.

Departure of the shuttles to the green island where the Calanques are 100 m away, as is the port. The SNCF train station is 4.3 km away and can be reached directly from the bus station.
