Just a short drive from the beaches of the Vendée coast and in the heart of the Marais Breton, this house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Challans. You'll enjoy convenient access to all shops just steps from your accommodation. It boasts a prime location, 20 minutes from Notre Dame des Monts and St Jean de Monts, 35 minutes from the town of La Roche-sur-Yon, and 45 minutes from Nantes Airport.

It can accommodate up to 9 guests in its 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and inviting living/dining room opening onto the terrace and veranda. The terrace can accommodate outdoor meals with a pool in fine weather.



The accommodation has 3 double beds (160x200) and 3 single beds. The first bathroom on the ground floor has a large walk-in shower and two sinks, while the second bathroom has another shower with a vanity unit. Bed linens and towels are provided. The two toilets (one on the ground floor and one upstairs) are separate.



​The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stovetop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and free Wi-Fi are available. A washing machine is available in the back kitchen.



Parking is easy, with several spaces in front of the house.
