Cocoonr offers this charming 38 m² flat in Embrun, 700 m from the beach and with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a sleeping area, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 100 m². We're waiting for you!

- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, fan, raclette machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, hoover and awning.
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace, facing south-west, with views of the mountains and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A private, enclosed garden of 100 m², facing south-west
The flat is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
