Separate guest cottage in a quiet, idyllic location on the Dresden Elbe slope

Welcome to our small apartment in the conservation area Loschwitz!
You stay with us very quiet in a dead end and most woken by birdsong.
Nevertheless, after 5 minutes walk you reach the tram line 11 (direct connection to the city, Neustadt and both stations) or in 10 minutes to Körnerplatz the famous "Blue Wonder".
A small bedroom, a living / dining room with another sleeping possibility (on the sofa) and mini kitchen and a shower room, all well equipped, are waiting for you. A cot can be provided if required.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr. Die Blumenkästen vor dem Haus waren leer, die Tanne vertrocknet. Der Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus war sehr klein und die Grünanlage ungepflegt. Im Haus war die Couch verschlissen, die Kühlschranktür defekt, das WLAN funktionierte nicht und zu wenig Schrankfläche.

Super nette Gastgeberin, die FeWo-Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Sehr ruhige Wohnlage.Waren zum ersten Mal in Dresden und sehr schnell mit unseren (E-)Bikes im Zentrum.In Verbindung mit den Finals ein sehr sehr schönes Wochenende verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Dresden

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Es gab die Möglichkeit direkt vor der Unterkunft zu parken. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar in der Näheren Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte uns sehr für unser Wochenende gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mitten in Loschwitz oberhalb des Blauen Wunders. Am Abend konnte man wunderbar mit der Linie 11 schnell in die Stadt fahren. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ruhige "naturnahe" Stadtunterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war für unsere Bedürfnisse bestens: Sehr ruhige Lage in Sackgasse am Dresdner Elbhang Loschwitz (viel Grün) mit sowohl Parkmöglichkeit für Auto als auch auf Nachfrage abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die gerne hilfreich mit Ratschlägen zur Erkundung der Gegend inspiriert-sollte man hier Unterstützung brauchen. Der Hang ist steil, aufwärts kann man ohne E-Bike schieben oder sogar die Standseilbahn benutzen, abwärts geht es dafür mit dem Rad schnell zum blauen Wunder und zum Elbradweg...Falls wir Dresden wieder besuchen , kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hierher.

Fünf Tage im Ferienhaus in Dresden Loschwitz

Das kleine Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem der schönsten und ruhigsten Gegenden Dresdens, in Loschwitz am Elbhang. Unterkunft für zwei Personen ideal, Ausstattung absolut ausreichend und man hat nachts absolute Ruhe - selten in einem Urlaub bislang erlebt. Empfang durch Gastgeberin verlief sehr freundlich und umkompliziert. Drei Tage Besichtigung von Dresden und ein Tag in der Sächsischen Schweiz waren wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder in die gleiche Unterkunft, keine Frage!

Perfekt für Dresden und Umgebung

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich, es liegt wunderbar ruhig in Dresden Loschwitz am Berg, man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß den Hang hinunter an der Elbe oder den Berg hinauf an der Straßenbahn. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, es ist aber nicht weit. Dafür wohnt man herrlich ruhig im Grünen, kann mit dem Fahrrad nach Dresden fahren an der Elbe entlang und wieder zurück, und man ist auch mit der Straßenbahn sehr schnell in der Stadt. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Dresden, wenn man nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen will.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man ist in 15min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Neustadt. Langwierige Parkplatzsuche, wie häufig in der Innenstadt entfällt. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich eher für Aufenthalte im Sommer ausgelegt, ist im Winter aber auch ok.

ruhig und gemütlich

Die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist schön ruhig. Das Blaue Wunder ist über Fußwege sehr gut in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Frühstücken auf der kleinen Terrasse ist ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einige tolle Tipps erhalten.
