Swimming pool:
A beautiful pool with integrated steps for easy access and a friendly design.

Pool terrace, porches and relaxation area:
The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, a large terrace with two outdoor porches: one set up as a shaded relaxation corner, perfect for unwinding, and the second adjoining the kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy your meals. This porch includes two tables, one being a large outdoor table for 8 people. The terrace also has an outdoor shower.

Large grounds:
A large plot including two terraces, a small shed for storing bicycles, a swing area under old oak trees, fruit trees and landscaped greenery.

Ping-pong area:
A table tennis space with a concrete ping-pong table and lighting available at night. It includes a relaxation area with synthetic grass. Rackets and balls are provided.

Pétanque area:
A 4 m x 15 m pétanque court, with lighting available at night. Boules and cochonets are provided.

Entrance courtyard 1 – Garden – Private parking 1:
A welcoming first entrance courtyard with a landscaped relaxation area, a private parking area for 3 vehicles, three fish ponds and a fountain.

Entrance courtyard 2 – Garden – Private parking 2:
A spacious second entrance courtyard with natural areas and private parking for 5 vehicles.

Free parking for about 20 cars, around the tennis courts, a 5-minute walk from the property.
