Ideal for anyone seeking absolute peace, a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, with birdsong and the sound of silence. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 25 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. Narrow access road to the parking area in the yard in front of the house. There is also a designated parking space on the property right next to the road, approx. 15 m from the house.
