This location was OUTSTANDING for our large group. Scenic view of Rye Neck and Long Island Sound. The house was terriffically appointed; the bedrooms were spacious and had all needed amenities needed. We were able to easily accommodate multiple large gatherings of family and friends there for a Celebration of Life weekend for a dear departed family member. The main floor and outdoor patio areas are terrific. Great restaurants. stores and serviced nearby. Quiet, scenic neighborhood for walks and bike rides. Architecturally this is a really cool house (no other way to say it). Tibo and Alex were AWESOME - the communication before and during our stay was immediate, responsive and they are clearly service oriented toward their clients.

Phenomenal is every aspect. Beautiful house, beautiful property. Host was one of the most helpful, accommodating hosts we’ve ever worked with. Got the house in connection with a family wedding and hosted a small family reunion in which everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. Thanks for everything!

Family reunion

The host/hostess as well as the house was fantastic! The weather was perfect for outside dining , yard sports and water play. Everyone had their own space with multiple bedrooms and the common areas as well as the kitchen could accompany everyone in our group of 10 adults and 2 infants. We all want to stay again in the future!

The property was incredible and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It would be beneficial to have more information about the use of appliances included in the manual as the house is very modern and some of the operation of some of the kitchen appliances (sink, microwave and dishwasher) were not particularly intuitive. The house was spacious, comfortable, unassuming and absolutely lovely!

Gorgeous property and views!

We had a wonderful time at Alex's property. She was a wonderful host and made sure our family had a great time. There were toys for our young daughter -- she thought she was at camp! And plenty to do for my son -- between ping pong, football, and badminton. But nothing was better than the water front views. Absolutely beautiful setting. Thanks Alex!

Excellent

We had a great time for the 4th of July. Alex's house was perfect for our family of 7. We enjoyed the water and the fireworks. The outside area was great for cooking out and relaxing. The view was terrific. The house and property-- super clean. There's a lot of comfortable space to spread out. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and appointed with very modern appliances. Alex was great! Would come back again!

Family wedding

Our family gathered for a dinner with 22 people on the patio and the setting and house made that possible and it was lovely. 30 family members came to practice a dance on the back lawn and we had space in the house for them to relax and visit. Our family of 10 was very comfortable and found the accommodations tasteful and renovations were lovely! I would give a 5+ rating and thanks to Alex, who was so helpful before we arrived, with questions about the house.

Connecticut beauty

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this charming home. The pictures don’t come close to capturing the beauty of the home, its grounds and the views. Despite its large size, all the spaces felt intimate and cozy. Alex accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in and communicated extremely well during our stay. Extra touches like waters and towels nicely arranged on the beds weren’t lost on us. Home was clean and had all you needed to prepare meals. I can’t say enough about this home. It was truly a special place that allowed our large family to gather, laugh and love. I don’t always take the time to review a property (I’ve stayed at many upscale rentals), but felt compelled to share with others that this one should be highly considered.

Large, beautiful property in an excellent location!

This property worked out perfectly for our family group. We needed a home that could accommodate 14 people across 3 generations comfortably and this property definitely addressed our needs. The home is huge, very well laid out, and well appointed. It was very clean and functional. It had a nice homey feel and wasn't cluttered with the owner's things. Some specifics:• There are a LOT of spacious bedrooms. Most have en-suite bathrooms, which is great.• The main level is well laid out and has lots of space for a large group. •The dining room is perfect for both meals and other activities (we are big into board games and playing cards and the large dining room table was perfect).• Even though it was very cold during our stay, the house stayed a pleasant temperature. It was warm and cozy the entire time and we never needed to adjust the thermostat.• The kitchen was modern, clean, and also very well laid out. The fridge/freezer was large enough for all the food we brought (12 pints of ice cream too!) It was also easy to keep clean between meals. Oh, and the floor in the kitchen is heated (a highlight of the stay)!• The “mud room” / coat room was a great way to keep everyone’s shoes, coats, hats, etc. out of the main spaces.• The location is great. It is close to a variety of grocery stores, a few bagel places, and the Mamaroneck MTA train station. We were very happy with this rental. We were between a few options for this trip, and we feel we made the perfect choice!

Beautiful waterfront large home.

Our family rented this lovely home for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding in September, 2022, which was celebrated nearby in Rye, NY. We had 10 adults staying and needed space for all to prepare for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the day after gathering. We could not have found a nicer place to stay! Alex was wonderful and maintains a gorgeous home. There was plenty of space for all of us to get ready at the same time, many large bedrooms, beautifully appointed yet comfortable, with about 5 bathrooms on the second floor alone. The first floor living areas are also warm and inviting. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked, though we did not have time to cook other than breakfast one morning. In addition, the home is in a quiet neighborhood, with a fabulous backyard, on an inlet with fabulous views! We had some family over after all the festivities and enjoyed lawn games in the backyard all afternoon. At night we sat by the outdoor fire pit and enjoyed lots of laughs. We highly recommend this location for any family gathering. It is perfect for a large group and allows all to have the space to be alone and to commune in a beautiful and serene setting.

Best Stay Ever!

Alex and Tibo were so accommodating and easy to work with. They let us have our dream wedding in their backyard - it was so magical. Alex was always so helpful when we had any questions and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. Between the very spacious, well deigned house, and the most gorgeous backyard, you and your family will have a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back for another stay! Thank you so much Alex and Tibo for sharing your beautiful house! 🙏
