Quiet villa on a small square set back from the street, ideal for children.

Spacious living area opening onto the covered outdoor terrace, independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the ground floor. Enclosed garden.

Sleeping capacity: 8 sleepers: 4 rooms (3 beds in 140 and 1 bed in 160)

Bathroom: Sink and bathtub. Separate toilet.

Equipment: WIFI, television, oven, gas and electric plates, washing machine, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher.

Possibility of parking a small car inside the courtyard.

And free parking in front of the house.
