Bungalow Xanten Vynen

We would like to welcome you as a guest in our modern bungalow (built in 2016) in Xanten Vynen. The bungalow is located in a small development area in Vynen, just a few minutes walk from the Xantener North Sea and the Rhine and offers approximately 118 sqm lot of space for a nice short break / holiday. A bus stop is also only about 100 meters away.

NEW 2018: We now also offer the possibility to rent 2 new e-bikes during your stay.
Conditions: per night 10 € for 1 e-bike or 15 € for both 2 e-bikes incl. Bicycle helmets. Payment upon delivery (supplementary lease) on the spot in cash. Please let us know your request in advance, so that the e-bikes are already in the garage provided upon arrival.

New 2019: Summer can come! From the end of May, both bedrooms are equipped with high quality Daikin air conditioning.

The bungalow has:

- 1 living room with sofa, large 55 "TV, Blu-ray / DVD / CD player, dining table and access to the covered terrace

- 1 large fitted kitchen in the living area with a cozy dining area for 2 people

- 1 double bedroom

- 1 dressing room with two large Schränkwänden

- 1 guest room (with a sofa bed at least 1.. Person)

- 1 main bathroom with bath and large shower (about 1 m x 1. 6 m) directly at the bedroom

- 1 guest toilet with another shower

- 1 windscreen with wardrobe and shoe cabinet

- NEW: washing machine and dryer

- 1 terrace with lounge seating area

- 1 garage (either for car or several motorcycles, bicycles)

- 1 additional parking space

The fitted kitchen is equipped with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and of course with pots plates and many other accessories.
