Fancy a cosy mountain stay? This 24 m² apartment, located in the Petit Ours I residence, accommodates up to 5 people. Perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy the slopes, breathe in the pure air and have a hassle-free ski holiday!

🏡 Property Description:

- Balcony: with garden furniture to enjoy the panorama.

- Kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishware, cutlery, raclette maker, utensils, filter coffee machine, coffee pods and capsules, toaster and kettle.

- Living room: double sofa bed (1x2 persons 160x200).

- Bedroom: bunk beds (3x1 person 90x190).

- Bathroom: bathtub, towel rail, hairdryer and separate toilet.

- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, ski locker (No. 10), board games, duvets, blankets and pillows included.

- Exterior and parking: private outdoor parking at the residence (non-nominative, subject to availability).

- Pets allowed.

The slopes are only 200 m away, the ESF is 50 m away for ski lessons. Shops and restaurants are located 250 m away and the town centre is 50 m away, which allows you to do everything on foot: shopping, restaurants or small walks in the village.
