Maximum 5 people. 3 bedrooms include master bed with king. 2nd bedroom with queen and 3 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 3 twin beds and a queen . No pets, no smoking. On site parking for 1 car in driveway , 1 addl car in a guest spot, if avail. 2 Community pools avail. Lease agreement , rental application and back ground check required per unit Hoa.
