Рядом с домом кафе национальной кухни Райхон, кафе корейской кухни Ченсон, кафе Топчан с европейской и национальной кухней. Около дома есть торгово-развлекательный комплекс Парус. Банк находится в соседнем доме. в 3 минутах от дома продуктовые и хозяйственные магазины и гипермаркет Корзинка. очень удобное расположение для проживания.
