Welcome to our modern maritime 3-room apartment! Your vacation can start immediately! Here you can fall asleep at night with the sound of the Baltic Sea surf. The master bedroom has a stately double bed (160 x 220cm), a select bookshelves to browse and TV including radio. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed (80x200cm) and a sleeping mattress. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Friendly and bright, the open living and dining area with sofa, TV incl presents. Radio, DVD player and - as a highlight - a fireplace with glass window for romantic evenings. From here it goes to the terrace, which is oriented to the west side. Enjoy the sunset overlooking the park, z. B. with a bottle of wine. In spring and autumn you can see from here the migratory birds. Modern garden chairs and a garden table complete our facilities. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances such as a Smoother for sports, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a "normal" coffee maker, fridge freezer and sufficient dining and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in spacious shower, towel rail with summer heating, hair dryer, sink and mirror cabinet. The 60sqm apartment was newly built in 2011, located on the ground floor, is largely barrier-free, fully equipped with underfloor heating and has its own parking space.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Dem Ort Börgerende fehlt es an Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Angebot ist sehr übersichtlich.

Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Einschränkungen. An der Grenze zur Unverschämtheit ist leider der Preis für das Wäschepaket (20 Euro pro Person), zumal wenn die Bettwäsche nicht aufgezogen wird. Haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Ärgerlich auch der unbrauchbare Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse (zwar neuer Schirm, aber billigster Ständer, der beim geringsten Hauch umkippt). Sofa im Wohnzimmer unbequem, Tisch in der Küche sehr schmal. Was gar nicht geht ist der fehlende Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern (keine Verdunklungsgardinen oder -rollos/-plissees), zumal sich aus dem Gästebuch ergibt, dass dieses Defizit seit mindestens 2017 bemängelt wird, aber bislang keine Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. So ist garantiert, dass die Kinder ab 5 uhr morgens wach sind. Abgesehen davon schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung, kurze Entfernung zum Strand (Sand mit vielen Steinen). Der Ort gibt allerings nicht viel her..

Eine wunderschöne, moderne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand. Sie ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. In der sehr gut ausgestatten Küche fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist wertig und der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung wird so zu einem positiven Erlebnis.

Schön war’s

Einrichtung der fewo sehr hübsch, geschmackvoll, detailverliebt, gemütlich. Ausstattung in der Küche war die vollständigste und umfangreichste die ich seit langem erlebt habe. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz dass man sein Abendbrot kurzerhand in ein Picknick am Strand umwandeln kann. Der schlüsselkasten macht es sehr einfach für einen Gast der später kommt. Einfach Schlüssel im Kästchen platzieren, Nummernschloss verstellen. So kann jeder rein wie er möchte. War sehr praktisch für meine Reisebegleitung. Und Fahrradverleih gleich um die Ecke. Rundherum schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

Wir waren schon oft in diesem Objekt. Es verfügt über eine gehobene, sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist minimal. Das Auto steht vor dem Haus. Die Kontakte zum Hausmeister sind top. Gerne wieder.

"Hart am Wind" - Hart am perfekten Urlaubsdomizil

Das Objekt war perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub, super sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit dem Service und der Kommunikation hat alles reibungslos geklappt, und die Lage und Umgebung in Börgerende is eh genial, so mittig zwischen Warnemünde und Kühlungsborn gelegen, kann man die Gegend perfekt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist so wie man ihn sich an der Ostsee wünscht. Einziges Manko: Der zur Ferienwohnung gehörende Strandkorb, welcher sich laut Online-Inserat und Aussagen vorheriger Gäste im Gästebuch auf der Terrasse des Objekts befand, war nicht da und wurde von uns etwas vermisst.

Okay - mehr nicht!

Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Fewo und für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistung/Service bei XXX € (Betrag muss nachträglich geschwärzt werden, da dieses Portal zensiert!!!) für 2 Nächte ehrlicherweise nicht. Die Unterkunft ist schön ausgestattet, die Küche sogar hochwertig. Küchenutensilien sind zahlreich vorhanden. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert und erzeugt ein wohnliches und maritimes Gefühl. Alles war soweit sauber, dennoch gibt es einige Kleinigkeiten, die es bei diesem Preissegment zu beanstanden gibt. So müsste die Duschablage rostbedingt mal ausgetauscht werden und auch in der Küche schleicht sich der Kalk ein. Zur Verfügung gestellt Produkte (z.B. Gewürze) mit überschrittenem Verfallsdatum einfach aussortieren. Die Sofadecken könnten auch mal gewaschen werden... Unzufrieden waren wir mit den „Betten“, die an eine Polstercouch erinnern. Auch die Toppings der Matratzen hatten leider einige kleine Flecken, die man leicht wieder entfernen könnte. Bei dem geforderten Preis wäre kostenfreie Bettwäsche zudem selbstverständlich. Unzufrieden waren wir insgesamt mit der Kommunikation. Schriftliche Rückfragen im Vorfeld wurden ignoriert und auch die Betreuung vor Ort war maulig. Anstatt auch mal einen schönen Aufenthalt zu wünschen, wartete eine Belehrung, wie wir was wieder zu verlassen hätten, auf uns. Zudem sollten wir vor Ort noch einmal eine Endreinigung in Höhe von XX EUR bezahlen, was wir schon getan hatten. Missverständnisse passen, aber dann bitte in charmantem Ton... Fazit: Das Apartment und die Lage sind schön. Die Kundenbetreuung ist aber sehr ausbaufähig. Das Apartment würden wir trotz der kleinen Beanstandungen wieder buchen, aber nicht zu dem forderten Preis!
