Cold Branch features 2 Park Models, ( similar concept as Tiny Homes ) Each side has a spacious eat in kitchen, small desk area, full shower bath and bedroom with built in furniture. This really offers a unique level of privacy so great for couples, couples with kids or golfing buddies. Both sides can be left open by the sliding doors that go into the Great Room or close the doors to separate one unit from the rest of the house! Both sides have separate as well as brand new HVAC systems . Between the 2 living quarters, there is a nice Great room addition . It has the main entrance to the house, 2 deck areas that overlook the babbling Syrup Mill Branch ( Creek ) Grill out and eat on the deck. Small fence area for pets. There is also a separate step down den with a sofa and a card table.
The laundry room has full size washer and dryer for your use. Covered carport and room to bring your boat ! Cold Branch ( what we have always called this place.. we have had it for about 15 years as our getaway and vacation spot when we lived in Atlanta ) is 5 minutes to grocery shopping, add a minute or two for restaurants and Square events. There is a ton of things to do in the surrounding area. Known for some great trout streams, horseback riding, boating and fishing on Lake Chatuge, Fires Creek Recreation area, hiking, mountain bike trails, the list is extensive. We love this place and we know that you will fall in love with it as well.
