It faces three directions: east, south, and west.
The grounds, covering approximately 3,000 m², are fully enclosed. Access is via an electric gate leading to a parking area (for several vehicles), a flat landscaped garden, pleasant wooden decks, and a heated outdoor pool (10 meters long by 4 meters wide).
The pool is open from the first weekend in May through the last weekend in September each year.
