For leisure, the swimming pool or the pétanque court will also allow you to enjoy the garden and the scents of the typical regional vegetation. Enjoy petanque games until the late hours of the night.



A HEATED POOL at 25° MINIMUM 7 MONTHS PER YEAR

Enjoy the private pool heated to 25 degrees minimum. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of Toussaint holidays (French school holidays).

It is secured by an alarm.

A true charm asset of the house, the veranda is much more than a simple living room. It is the main living room, a relaxation and conviviality space bathed in light where the interior and exterior harmoniously meet.

With its breathtaking view of the bay and the garden, this space invites relaxation: make yourself comfortable for a moment of rest, a good book in hand, or share an aperitif at the end of the day in a warm atmosphere.

Just in front, the terrace extended by a small outdoor lounge offers an ideal setting for soft evenings or moments of conviviality in the open air.

A place where each moment becomes a parenthesis of well-being.



A FULLY COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA

It is separated from the living space and consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with recent and comfortable bedding.

First, the "Mediterranean" suite with sea view, a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, a powder room with shower, separate toilet.

The "Agapanthe" suite is garden-side, with direct access to a terrace. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, powder room with shower, separate toilet with washbasin.

The "Madrague" room is dedicated to children with a bunk bed and trundle bed offering up to 3 single beds (90x200), storage space and wardrobe.

The bathroom is accessible from the corridor. It is equipped with a bathtub with hand shower.

The toilets are independent (accessible from the corridor).

In addition, we have a mezzanine sleeping area in the living room equipped with a sofa bed with a 17cm mattress, a storage space and a desk. To make this space more comfortable, we are installing 3 acoustic screens and a fan to circulate the air from the living room air conditioning.

The house and its outdoor spaces are entirely dedicated to you.



INTERACTION WITH TRAVELLERS

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out check-ins and check-outs.

This person will present the property as a whole, its operating mode and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.

She will provide and comment on our tourist guide which advises typical days to discover the region.

She will be reachable by email, text message and on their mobile phone.



OTHER REMARKS

We provide 4 secure parking spaces within the property.

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in green spaces due to fire risks. You may use the terraces for this purpose.

The house cannot be rented to organise parties or events. It is solely dedicated to clients seeking peace and serenity. This is a neighbourhood where noisy behaviour is not accepted.



Arrival times: 4pm-7pm. Departure times: 9am-10am.

During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure within these time slots depending on the schedule of maintenance and reception teams.



THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

A privileged location between La Ciotat and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. Ideally situated in the popular Baguier district, this villa offers an exceptional setting with an unobstructed view of the sea.

Just a few minutes from the beaches of Arène Cros, Fontsainte and the Liouquet Corniche, you will also enjoy the proximity of renowned restaurants such as La Crique and La Ferme Auberge, as well as local amenities (accessible by car): supermarkets, bakeries and much more.

Nature lovers will appreciate the numerous hiking trails such as Le Liouquet, Les Plaines Baronnes, and the Télégraphe, not forgetting the cycling routes for unforgettable rides.



In less than 20 minutes, discover the old town of La Ciotat, which can be leisurely explored through small charming streets, free from any traffic, as the centre is pedestrianised. You pass by houses whose construction spans from the 15th to the 19th century. The tangle of streets and alleys lead to many places, such as Sadi Carnot Square and its refreshing fountain where one can stop for a drink.



Enjoy the newly renovated quays of the old port, completely refurbished in 2019. The markets and terraces are invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes, and the Mediterranean climate.

La Ciotat SNCF station is 3.4 km away.

Shuttle departures to the Green Island or the Calanques from La Ciotat port.

Arène Cros and Liouquet Corniche beaches are accessible in 6 minutes by car.

The Mugel and Figuerolles Calanques are 15 minutes by car.
