Our apartment is ideal for a couple's getaway or a business trip. Located in the heart of the city, it allows you to enjoy all amenities within walking distance.

From the moment you enter, you'll be charmed by the cozy decor and the apartment's inviting atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of:

- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING AREA: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The room is also air-conditioned.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You'll find: a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, as well as a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils.

- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: Featuring a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality linens and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax in a walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself, making you feel right at home.

SELF CHECK-IN: Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet upon arrival.

PARKING: The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can easily find parking on Avenue des Tilleuls or in the La Guierle underground or surface parking garage, just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You are ideally located for exploring the city. Bus stops at Place du 14 Juillet are a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Furthermore, you are only a 3-minute walk from the city center.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbors is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Arrival from 3 PM / Departure before 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask. For any departure between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes a complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in advance.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the terms and conditions, and upload a copy of your ID.
