The villa consists of a fitted kitchen with a sink, gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. The dining area is fitted with a table, chairs and a sideboard, while the living room offers a sofa, coffee table, storage unit and a television.



The first room, located on the ground floor, has a double bed in 140 cm, a wardrobe and an armchair. The bathroom includes a washbasin unit, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine.



Upstairs, the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds at 80 cm.



Outside, the terrace is fitted with garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers and parasols, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful days. The enclosed garden, with an area of approximately 200 m², provides a pleasant and secure space.



A private parking space is provided approximately 240 metres from the house.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
