Dive into the comfort of this villa, fully renovated in April 2024, perfect for unforgettable moments. With 170 m² spread over 2 floors, accommodating up to 13 guests, enjoy stunning park views from the large balcony, a private pool, and an 1800 m² garden. Book now and experience a unique stay! Swiming pool (8mx4,15m) secured by a roller shutter and fenced with wattle fences. Villa completely renovated inside in April 2024. The house has been transformed into a warm, friendly, and upscale place to ensure you have unforgettable moments. The 170m² house is spread over 2 floors with a total of 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 13 people, with 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. On the 1st floor, there is a living room opening onto a large wraparound balcony facing S/E/W with a breathtaking view of the park. This living room consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining area with an extendable table that can seat up to 13 people, a TV, and board games. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor: the first bedroom with a large double bed (160x200), and the second with a double bed (140x200). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete this floor. On the lower floor: A large master suite with a view and direct access to the park, with a double bed (140x200), and an en-suite bathroom with a shower A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) A third bedroom with 4 trundle beds that can be used together or separately (90x200) and 1 single bed (90x200) An independent bathroom with a bathtub and toilet A separate toilet The house’s park offers extraordinary peace and serenity. In the morning, you will hear the birds singing, and in the evening, you can enjoy the unique colors of the sunset. This 1800m² (1.8-hectare) garden is composed as follows: An private pool (8x4m) A dining area with an extendable table that can seat up to 13 people A garden lounge with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table Garden furniture provided for your comfort (deckchairs, sunbeds, parasols, BBQ, pétanque, molkky, badminton, football...) Parking available for numerous cars inside the park. Automatic opening and closing gate. All equipment and room descriptions are detailed in the ad. We are available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm. Outside these hours, we are available for current bookings. At the edge of the garrigue in a "green space" area, surrounded by vineyards and forests. Located in the Natura 2000 Grand Pic Saint Loup zone. Numerous hiking trails around the villa. Logement idéal pour se retrouver en famille avec enfants...nombreux coins détente pour les adultes, parc et piscine ont occupé les enfants idéalement. De plus on peut rejoindre la mer (à 36mn) pour agrémenter encore le séjour. Le logement avait de nombreux équipements. Je le recommande.
