Enjoy and live comfortably:
The non-smoking apartment on the 6th The floor of the "Ferienpark" apartment complex is equipped for two people. There is a separate bedroom, a balcony with partial sea views, a living room with a kitchen-dining area and a modern bathroom. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area consisting of a sofa, armchair and side tables, as well as an LCD TV and DVD player.
Feel at home on 50 square meters: The kitchen-dining area consists of a modern kitchenette and a large table that can comfortably accommodate four people. You have all the necessary equipment such as a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes. Washer and dryer for a fee for shared use.
Wellness included: The high-quality bed (140 x 200 cm) in the separate bedroom and a comfortable shower promise a nice stay for a relaxed start to your vacation.
From the swimming pool you have a wonderful view of the Steinhuder Meer. After a few laps in the swimming pool, relax on the heated benches.
The large swimming pool and several saunas with relaxation rooms as well as the table tennis table in the holiday park can be used free of charge. The solarium can be used for a fee.

Surroundings:
The "Ferienpark" apartment complex consists of two multi-storey houses. Embedded in a small park, the apartments are located directly on the Steinhuder Meer. The bus stop "Steinhude, Ferienpark" in front of the house offers an optimal connection to the public transport network.
The apartment offers an ideal starting point for many activities. Your apartment is only a short walk of 850 m from the bathing island. The Steinhuder town center with many shops and restaurants as well as the promenade, jetty for excursion boats for round trips on the Steinhuder Meer, to Wilhelmstein or to the north shore (Mardorf), the various museums, the Scheunenplatz or the mini golf course is about 1.6 km away. The holiday park is located on the approx. 32 km long circular route through the nature park around the Steinhuder Meer.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung im 6. Stock, Wohnblock ca. 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt, aber mit Sozialwohnungscharakter. Kein schöner Anblick. Auch der seitliche Meerblick ist kaum gegeben, da durch hohe Bäume fast komplett zugewachsen. Steinhude selbst ist allemal eine Reise wert.

Ganz nett, aber es geht besser

Die Wohnung war sauber, jedoch müsste mal wieder gestrichen werden. Am Esstisch hat man kaum Licht, da nur Stehlampen und Tischleuchten vorhanden sind Das Internet funktioniert nicht immer, und die Waschmaschine ist nicht in der Wohnung, sondern eine Münzwaschmaschine im öffentlichen Waschraum. Wir haben weder Eierbecher noch Schüsseln für Müsli gefunden. Außer dem Kleiderschrank gibt es keine Schränke, Komoden,etc um persönliche Gegenstände zu verstauen. Teilweise hat man mit Fluglärm zu tun. (Tagsüber Militär und Nachts Hannover Anflug) Und eine große Kolonie Krähen beginnt den Tag lautstark vor Sonnenaufgang. Die Region ist toll, aber diese Ferienwohnung naja, geht so.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Zimmer waren nicht nur äußerst sauber, sondern auch komfortabel und einladend gestaltet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach perfekt - ideal um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt

Wunderschöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wer Ruhe und trotzdem Nähe zum See, bzw. zum Ort sucht ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Check in war völlig problemlos und persönlich durch den Vermieter. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Diese Wohnung hat einfach Stil. Schon der erste Blick verrät, dass alles so ist, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Auch im Detail, wie z.B. Geschirr, Bestecke, Bettwäsche, ist alles modern und stilvoll. Die Bilder an den Wänden und sogar die Kunstblumen sind toll. Leider haben wir den dringenden Verweis darauf, die Jalousien nicht ganz hochzufahren einmal missachtet und nun so den Brannings ein Problem hinterlassen. Dafür Entschuldigung. Ansonsten einen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Rahmen, die uns die Wohnung für unseren 1wöchigen Urlaub bot.
