Character accommodation ideally located, close to the zoo of Courzieu and La Tourette Convent in the city of Eveux (built by Le Corbusier, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2016). Fenced interior courtyard with lawn (parking for 4 cars available), playground (typical of local houses), climbing frame. This gite is labelled 'Fondation du Patrimoine', many charming period features retained. On site, works of the painter/engraver Marcel ROUX (from Lyon, 1878-1922). Upstairs: large living room/lounge area, equipped kitchen. Shower room/wc. Bedroom (2 single beds). Upper floor : 3 bedrooms (double bed in each), bathroom/wc. Laundry room. Heating: electric & wood.
