Let our cozy 2-bedroom condo be your ticket to paradise right across the street from the beach!

Located in the heart of South Kihei you will be just a 5-minute walk to the Charley Young Park and Kamaole I beach. You will also find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, volleyball courts, and a popular surfing spot a short distance away. Or take a five-minute drive to Wailea to enjoy more beaches, snorkeling, fishing and golfing!
The space

This smart and spacious condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living room, dining space, and walk-out lanai. The master bedroom has a King bed with its own private En Suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen, with access to the second bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked to provide you with all the necessary cookware and utensils - in case you prefer to eat in. Whether in or out you will find this condo cool after a long day in the sun thanks to tile flooring throughout, A/C units in the living and dining areas, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Also, enjoy a 47-inch flat screen HD TV and free Wi-Fi, along with a landline phone with a long-distance phone plan to the US/Canada (in case you forget your cell!)..

The unit is on the second floor and situated on the shady side of the building - a quiet spot with no road noise. While there is an elevator in the building, the split-level design will require a quick walk up/down half a flight of stairs. Access is via smart lock with personalized lock codes. Assigned parking space is close to the unit, with a second parking space available upon request.

Pacific Shores is a quiet, safe, friendly, clean, family-oriented complex with a large newly remodeled heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, barbeque grills, picnic tables, shower and bathroom facilities, and an on-site security service. As our guest you will have access to all of these amenities.

I have stayed at this property in past and had such a great expierence so booked again . Elevator access to unit with few steps easy accessible when traveling with elderly mother . Location is perfect , small walk to beach and popular restaurants . Unit has all needed for enjoyable stay . Communication clear and fast response . Beds are comfortable . Having washer and dryer available also a big plus .

The condon is renovated well and the floor plan is great fof traveling with family. The walk to the beach is a bit more than minutes when hauling your stuff.Beautiful sunsets!!

GREAT location by Charley Young Beach and our family loved this beach! Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. Bonus was a fantastic washer and dryer that I used almost daily. Overall I would recommend the condo to others if they were looking at a place to stay.

Great location .

The property very clean and maintained. Location very close to beach and short walking distance to popular Kiehi breakfast restaurant. Dedicated parking space. Property had elevator and several steps for easy access. Traveled with elderly mother and she was able to navigate access easily . Kitchen equipment and washer/dryer easy to use. Would stay again .

Cute place close to the beach

We were very happy with our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the north facing unit helped to keep us cool along with the nice AC unit. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms for the 4 of us staying there. We were happy to have the 4 beach chairs and umbrellas. There are BBQ's down by the pool which were handy. The pool and hot tub were lovely. It only took about 3 minutes to walk to Charley Young beach which was calmer than Kam III and lots of space to set up for the day. We would definitly go back!

Great location close to the beach

The condo was as advertised. It was walking distance to a fantastic beach, and a short drive to other wonderful beaches. Great centralized location. The beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

One of my best stays in Kihei

This is one of the best condos I've ever stayed in. Location wise it's perfect, a block away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It was impressively well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great place close to the beach

The place had two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Nice sitting area and great air conditioning. Patio was small and the view wasn’t the greatest , but I don’t spend a lot of time inside. Places to eat and the beach weee a close walk. Very nice place.

Love this condo. It’s a beautiful updated place with lots of space for 4. The location is great for walking to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. I definitely recommend this place in Kihei.

Anniversary Getaway

Met in-laws for their anniversary and had a great stay. Short walk to nice beach and a short drive from our favorite beach. Condo had beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas and more to make your beach outings perfect.
