In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 1.8 km, pebble beach, rocky beach, concrete beach 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Organizing a party is not allowed.

Fewo Zidarici in Vantacici bei Malinska
Eine sehr schöne Fewo die auch wie beschrieben angetroffen wurde und eine super Lage hat (ca. 150m zum Meer). Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Lage, Perfekt zur Erholung!!! Sehr sehr nette Eigentümer die bei der An- und Abreise persönlich vor Ort sind und bei Bedarf auch gerne Auskunft bei Fragen geben 👍 Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Fewo nur weiter empfehlen, wir werden bestimmt auch wieder kommen 😊

Super schönes, neues Appartment in toller Lage
Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes, modernes Apartment mit super Einrichtung (insbes. hochwertige Küche und Möbel). Die Fotos im Inserat entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Alles ist sehr sauber, und es ist alles da, was man braucht (sowohl in der Küche als auch sonst wie Waschmaschine, Grill, Putzutensilien, Gewürze, ausreichend Geschirr, Geschirrtücher etc). Wöchentlicher Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Sehr nah zum Strand und Hafen (3 Min. zu Fuß), Bäckerei und Gastronomie ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen (5 bis 10 Min). Wir waren zu viert (Appartement ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt) und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so dass man tagsüber gut im Schatten essen bzw.
Sitzen kann. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft ausnahmslos weiter empfehlen.

Waren mit Freunden dort, die Möbel sind schon sehr abgenutzt. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser nicht ab, wie auch wenn man den Boden ohne Schräge einbaut. Die Klimaanlage hilft nicht die Unterkunft zu kühlen da Sie schlecht positioniert ist. Der Müll im Badezimmer war nicht ausgeleert und im Bett waren noch Haare. Das W-Alan was eh schon unterirdisch langsam ist hat auch nur 10 GB am Tag für alle, danke für nichts.

Reiseverkehrskauffrau im Urlaub
Schon der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich und wir bekamen in sehr gutem Englisch allerlei Informationen zur Wohnung, Insel, Lokalen. Bei Fragen konnte man die Vermieter jederzeit tel. & via Chat erreichen und bekam sofort Hilfe. Nun zur Wohnung: Wunderschöne, neuwertige Wohnung in einem 6-Parteien-Haus mit tollem Privatpool &"Minimeerblick". Ausstattung (Möbel/Wäsche/Küchenutensilien) ist sehr hochwertig. Lediglich das scharfe Messer in der Küche fehlt ;-) Wir kommen wieder!!!

Schöner Urlaub
Wir waren 10 Tage mit 3 Kindern Vorort! Es hat uns super gefallen! Der Pool war für die Kids einfach nur super! Direkt vom Frühstück in den Pool, einfach Klasse. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wohnung ist einfach super super toll. Die beste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Kann sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vermieter sehr nett. Etwa 200 m zum Strand. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit verbracht und würden gerne wiederkommen. Wir sind vormittags radgefahren und anschl. haben wir uns einen schönen Platz zum Baden gesucht. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden.

Znakomity apartament
Bardzo dobry !!! oddany do użytku w czerwcu 2017 , wygodny , nowocześnie urządzony apartament dla 6 osób. Trzy sypialnie z osobnymi łazienkami , zdarzają się rzadko.Bardzo wygodny salon z aneksem kuchennym wyposażonym w stopniu wystarczającym, piekarnik używaliśmy jako pierwsi ! Basen przed drzwiami tarasowymi tylko dla użytkowników apartamentu zdarza się jeszcze rzadziej.We wrześniu to spokojna okolica ,wokół w zasadzie same pensjonaty i apartameny na wynajem , do plaży 150 m spacerkiem. Natomiast zakupy należy robić w Malinska i nie ma z tym najmniejszego problemu.Osoba wydająca klucze dokładnie wskaże miejsca w których warto zakupy robić (świeże ryby , warzywa itd.)

Vhodné pro rodinu s dětmi v jakém koliv věku
Čisté , prostorné, 1 minutu od pláže. Bazén 1,5 m hluboký Objekt je ve skutečnosti možné obývat min. 4 osobami ve dvou ložnicích a 4 dětmi v dětském pokoji. Obyvací pokoj s kuchyní je prostorný a velký. Byt je nový dle mého názoru v roce 2017 zprovozněný
