This accommodation offers a comfortable and functional setting, perfectly suited for a stay with family or friends. It consists of three separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds (80 x 190 cm). A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The accommodation has two shower rooms, ensuring real comfort for groups.

The living room is pleasant and well equipped, with a functional kitchen including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary crockery, including wine glasses. You also have access to Wi-Fi, a television, radiators, storage space with hangers, hot water, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. Bed linen and towels are provided for a peaceful stay.

Outside, a private patio allows you to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. A barbecue is available for sharing convivial meals. The entrance is well lit, a laundrette is available on site, and cleaning must be done before departure.
