Awesome studio in Transtrand with sauna
The cottage is situated high with panoramic views of the mountains and the valley with the river Västerdal (200 m). Hiking trails can be found near the cottage. In winter skiing starts from the cottage. In a mountain lake 10 km away you can rent a boat. All streams have trout. Good opportunities for mushroom picking. Berries, mainly cloudberries, blueberries and lingonberries, are available in season. If you are lucky, you can see moose and bears. Fishing opportunities in all lakes and lakes (fishing license required). Many attractions, brochures are available at the cottage. Norway is 20 km to the west. Hosts speak English and German. Excursion: Sami and reindeer in Idre. Sweden's highest waterfall at Idre. The oldest tree in the world (a fir) is 10,000 years old.
