The night space consists of a north facing bedroom, equipped with a double bed in 140 cm and storage, while the living room, equipped with a TV and a sofa bed convertible in 140 cm, opens onto an alcove offering many storages including inside a washing machine and serves a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.The dining room, bedroom and living room all have direct access to a large balcony of about 13 m2, exposed to the north, offering a soothing and unobstructed view of the vegetation. Recently renovated, the apartment is perfectly equipped and designed to offer a comfortable stay. WIFI / Internet.In the immediate vicinity, you will find a Carrefour Market supermarket as well as a tobacco press about 600 meters away, while the municipal market is accessible in nine minutes by bike thanks to the bike path located at the foot of the residence, or in about twenty minutes on foot.Animals are not accepted.
