Our modernly furnished house is located in the village of Zartinj-Topid, about 3.5 km from Labin and 7 km from the beach. In addition to three comfortable bedrooms and modern amenities designed to ensure a pleasant stay, this single-story house also features a large garden with a barbecue terrace. The centrepiece of the property is the private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) with a sun deck and lounge chairs.
House for 6–8 people: approx. 150 m², single-story. It features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), a half-bath, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—two with a bathtub and toilet, and one with a shower and toilet. Air conditioning in the living area.
