The house is located on the Rheinberger See / Hafendorf Rheinsberg and has a spacious, modern 80 m² living space plus a large sun terrace and attractive lawn property directly at the private harbor basin.

You will find 2 parking spaces in front of the house (including 1 carport with storage room) and your own boat dock on the property. In the house there is a spacious, modern kitchen on the ground floor next to the entrance area, which fulfills all wishes. A small bar invites you to a quick snack. But there is also an attractive dining area in the bright bay window for a pleasant stay for dining, for discussions and game evenings. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.

The adjoining living area to the garden and the water is light and bright through the 4 patio doors (1 with fly protection). 2 couches invite you to relax, an audio system and a large flat screen TV (cable) with DVD are available. A stove provides emotional hours and is "warmly" recommended. Wonderful evenings on the terrace, whether in the beach chair or on the garden chairs, are always to be preferred - especially at dusk with sunset.

For a good night's sleep and extensive personal hygiene, please go to the upper floor. 3 bedrooms (2-bed rooms and 2 single rooms) provide individual rest and relaxation. The rooms are also provided with fly screens. In front of the two single rooms to the harbor there is a shared balcony that can be reached from both rooms.

In the large bay window you will find a bathtub by the window in addition to the practical corner shower. From there you can also enjoy a wonderful view over the harbor village and the harbor.

All rooms (except for the sleeping areas) are tiled and pleasantly cozy thanks to the underfloor heating (of course, especially in winter or on colder days). In addition, the cozy fireplace is of course also recommended. To darken all windows and patio doors on the ground floor are provided with shutters.

You can reach the holiday home exclusively as a user via the barrier system to the harbor village. The property is located on a quiet, private access road (traffic-calmed) to several holiday properties, which can only be used by their users. The parking spaces are only available to you.

The harbor village itself has an appealing infrastructure (boat rental, child-friendly lido on the lake, playground, catering at the port entrance, hotel and dining options, an attractive swimming pool and SPA area in the maritime port hotel for a fee, as well as a temporarily available night club in the hotel) .

Rheinsberg as a historical gem in the state of Brandenburg invites you to enjoy various art and excursions. There are various shops for daily needs in the city as well as extensive gastronomy offers. The district can also be actively explored, whether on foot, by bike, in the car or by boat on water. The time will not be long for you. The Rheinsberger castle and its extensive garden (from Lenné) - located on Lake Grienericksee - is known far beyond the national borders and is a popular starting point. Classical music and theater are offered in a variety of ways. Be sure to find out beforehand on the relevant portals on the Internet or at the tourist office.

Via the nearby district town of Neuruppin you can reach other diverse cultural offers and shopping alternatives.
