The apartment is located in the first row to the sea and offers a magnificent sea view from your own furnished balcony. With 60 m² of living space, two bedrooms and a bathroom, it offers space for up to 6 people - ideal for families with children.
The apartment is modern furnished and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine and sufficient crockery. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping spaces. Bed linen and towels are regularly changed, and as a welcome greeting, refreshing drinks await you in the refrigerator.
In the outdoor area, two grills are available to you, and a secured parking space directly at the house ensures stress-free parking. For boat enthusiasts, boat moorings are just 50 metres away, and trailers can be parked free of charge nearby.
Lopar offers a total of 22 sandy beaches, some of which are also FKK-friendly, a park with a children's playground, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and sports facilities in the immediate vicinity. The large Paradise Beach with beach bar, dance venues and campsite is just 1 km away.
