You will find a bright living room, bathed in natural light, comprising:

- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., allowing you to prepare meals just like at home.

- A dining area for 4 people and a living room with armchairs and a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a low cabinet with dishes (pizza pan, aperitif glasses, etc.).

- On the ground floor, a ground-floor bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and wardrobe offers direct access to its adjoining walk-in shower, which is practical and comfortable.

- The toilet is a wall-hung toilet located on the ground floor.

- Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with an 80x190 cm bed completes the sleeping area, ideal for accommodating family or friends in a cozy atmosphere.

All windows and the door are fitted with interior shutters. Upstairs, blackout curtains.

Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed garden, perfect for relaxation, as well as a small outbuilding offering additional space for storing bicycles or equipment.

During the season (April/September), a gas barbecue and garden furniture are available.

For your convenience, we have a drop box for self check-in.

Free private parking is available.

Linens are provided. Please note that you will need to bring your own towels and bath towels.

If you do not wish to clean the property at the end of your stay, a cleaning fee of €60 will be charged, payable on arrival (please specify this when booking).
