Welcome to Caramany, perched in the heart of the Fenouillèdes, amidst a backdrop of hills, scrubland, and vineyards. From the cottage, explore the hiking trails that wind through fragrant scrubland and spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy mountain biking, fishing, or paddleboarding on the calm waters, or simply relax by the water. The surrounding vineyards invite you to discover the Roussillon wines and their welcoming cellars. Nearby, explore the Cathar castles, the Galamus Gorges, listed villages like Eus and Villefranche-de-Conflent, or the colorful markets of the Roussillon plain. The more curious can head to the Mediterranean Sea or the Pyrenean foothills for a variety of pleasures, including swimming, culture, and nature. A haven of tranquility, time seems to stand still, as does this place, where the varying light of the day gives this house a timeless character. Completely renovated village house with beautiful panoramic views from the living room and bedrooms. The rooms were designed to accommodate architectural constraints: several levels are well-connected and accessible by stairs. It is equipped with modular bistro tables and 2 parasols. 2 deck chairs, electric barbecue Perched in a small Catalan village that has retained all its authenticity, this gîte will seduce you with its panorama of the vineyards, the stepped gardens and its breathtaking view of the lake.
