Access to the house entrance is via an external staircase leading to the main floor of the house. You arrive in a corridor serving the different living rooms. On the left, the living room welcomes you with several comfortable armchairs, a decorative fireplace and a television (without channels at the moment, awaiting fibre installation). In continuation, the dining room has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, ideal for family meals. The semi-open kitchen, friendly and functional, is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A bar area with a high table and stools completes the ensemble.



On the night side, the house offers 4 bedrooms spread over two levels:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190), a chest of drawers and a telescope

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200), a small desk and an electric piano

Bedroom 3 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), a sofa (which can serve as an additional sleeping space for 2 people), a chest of drawers and a television (without channels at the moment)

Bedroom 4 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190) and a chest of drawers



A bathroom with a shower and toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a second bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.



Two parking spaces are available outside in front of the house, within the plot. The street in front of the house is also free for parking.



For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and air conditioning in the living room for hot weather. A garage will also allow you to store up to 6 bicycles.
