Welcome to Eagle Watch with Breathtaking Views!This absolutely beautiful 3 story cabin is located in the Preserve Resort in Wears valley,Pigeon Forge in Townsend just minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountain Park.4 King size beds,2 sofa sleepers,3 decks, huge hot tub that overlooks gorgeous mountain views,pool table,foosball,air hockey,3 arcade games, fireplace,outside seatings with dining, &grill.Modern kitchen!
All the modern comforts of home include stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen, including a massive dining room table. Enjoy breakfast on one of the three back decks overlooking a stunning 100+mile view of the mountains or use the charcoal grill to make dinner while watching for wildlife. In the evening, unwind with your favorite beverage in the hot tub on the balcony while gazing at the spectacular mountainous views or challenge each other to a game of billiards, Rush 2049 Driving Simulator, Safari Hunter HD, MsPacMan, air hockey, pool, or foosball. Not to mention the many board and card games provided in the Game room with a mini refrigerator.
This spacious cabin can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests. Featuring a king-sized bed on each level lower, main, upper and loft (4 king beds). There is also a queen sofa sleeper and Futon located in the living areas. Many community amenities are available such as a shared seasonal outdoor swimming pool, pavilion with a fireplace, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, &steam room located at the clubhouse. A beautiful wedding chapel also sits in the community, inviting quaint, romantic wedding gatherings.
Some other nearby family-friendly activities include horseback riding, ziplines, hiking, golf, picnic areas, and wildlife viewing. Before you leave, throw a load of laundry in the stacked washer/dryer and take your clothes home clean. Available in the Game room.

Very nice location

The cabin had incredible views and was convenient to hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of games for the family. My only suggestion is to provide dish towels, and replace the pots and pans. There were a lot of them, but they were pretty beaten up.

Family Reunion Trip

Perfect for our family reunion holiday trip! Each floor has bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and living area. Plenty of comfy couches and amazing views! The property was very clean and the beds were large and comfortable with extra pillows. The cabin felt like a secluded retreat but was close enough for groceries and Gatlinburg activities. The host kindly decorated for Christmas which was so thoughtful. Each floor has a TV which is nice when the kids all want to watch different things or need a break. I would absolutely stay here again! There wasn’t a property with a better view than this. The resort gym is a quick walk and had dumbbells, a few machines, and cardio equipment. It saved us from having to pay a drop in fee to work out.

Wonderful view!!

We have visited many times in smoky mountains and this cabin by far has the best view! The cabin was very clean and found no issues. We would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Family trip for National Quartet Convention

This cabin is wonderful! The view is breath taking! The cabin is exactly as listed! It is absolutely the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. The owner Joy is so easy to work with. She is quick to respond and sent a very detailed email prior to our arrival with house rules and information. The washing machine stopped working while we were there and she made the trip out with the repair man, and it was fixed within no time. We really appreciated that! We spent extra time at the cabin playing pool and the arcade games. It’s less than a 30 minute drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It is also a short drive out to Cades Cove. The location was perfect to be away from the traffic. It is really a peaceful location. I want to say a huge “Thank You” to the owner for making our vacation perfect!

You won't find a cabin with views like this one! See all the way into NC! Cleanest bathrooms and hot tub in the Smokies! Owner does all the cleaning of the linens and cabin herself with the assistance of her family because she couldn't find ANY cleaners in East TN that cleaned to her standards! Arcade games and billiards galore! Roads to this cabin are EXCEPTIONAL! Resort amenities are great as well! Resort has a chapel and an outdoor gathering space with fireplace, so if you're getting hitched this is the place you want! If you're needing something special, just ask Joy Lee the owner! She will go out of your way to make sure your vacation is a special! If you are needing a few more beds just let her know and she can accommodate with air mattresses! There is NO REASON your vacation shouldn't be the greatest of all times because this owner will do everything possible to ensure you are taken care of! Located in the beautiful Wears Valley, you are almost guaranteed to see all kinds of wildlife. Especially bears! Owner is available 24/7! 3 balconies, board games, cards, coloring books, crayons, washer and dryer, grill, and even pet food and water dish on site. If there is a special request, don't be afraid to ask!

What makes this property unique

Owner does everything from booking to cleaning toilets! She will go above and beyond to try to make your stay memorable! The view is unremarkable! Pictures do not do the actual views justice. Sitting on the balconies, you will see a different view every time you look out! The hot tub is HUGE and the views from it at night are not only beautiful but very romantic! There is an extra beverage refrigerator in the game room! Close to Cades Cove and the infamous and beautiful Newfound Gap Road! Instacart and Door Dash will deliver to this cabin!
