The Space:

Welcome to our 95 m² apartment located between the ground and first floors and accessible by stairs (the elevator stops on the first floor; you will therefore need to use the stairs if you use it).



For your comfort, the apartment is laid out as follows:



• Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, television, and Wi-Fi



• Dining area with table and chairs for 4 people



• Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, and washer-dryer



• Two double bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm)



• Two en-suite bathrooms with shower, sink, and toilet



• One separate toilet



Cleaning includes a change of bed linen and towels for each guest and is provided by professional cleaning staff.
