Comfortable chalet "Glockner", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2017, surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2.6 km from the centre of Heiligenblut, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.8 km from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 250 m2. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Heiligenblut Pockhorn" 550 m, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 2.8 km, skisport facilities 2.8 km, ski rental 2.8 km, ski school 2.8 km. Nearby attractions: Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Heiligenblut. Hiking paths: Grossglockner, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Please note: car recommended. This house was exclusively built with ecologically materials by local workers.

Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Top floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position, large terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. In the attic one of the best is a bunk bed in the attic.
