40 km north of Kolari, lake Äkäslompolo 700 m, river Kesänkijoki 300 m, lake Kesänkijärvi 1,5 km, swimming beach 1,3 km. Wooden house 1987. Kitchen, 3 x bedroom, one bedroom with a double bed and two with 2 separate beds. Downstairs fireplace, sauna (electric heated) and shower also downstairs. Separate toilet. Washroom and sauna renovated in 2020 and bed rooms in 2022.
House in the Äkäslompolo village Nilivaara area. Location ideal for skier, next to skiing tracks.Prices include final cleaning, bedlinen available for rent. Pets are not allowed.
