About this property

Cheerful & Cozy 3 Bedroom Plus Residence

This cheerful and cozy residence is a detached 2 story single family among two other homes on the property. We are working re-landscaping the yard with an international award winning design build firm. Completion Summer of 2022.

On the first floor you'll find the Fireside Bedroom which sleeps two and of course has its own fireplace. (Please be fire safe when using) Bedroom 2 sleeps two. Bedroom 3 sleeps one. Also downstairs you'll find the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, dining and living rooms.

Then there is the Upper Room. Assembled for our younger guests. There are some toys and games. There are two full beds, and if room for your air mattresses and sleeping bags. A work in progress in creating the perfect indoor camping adventure.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The place is very old with cracks all around and with insects around, and had a very horrible smell. My family and I regreted to go. VERY OLD PLACE INCLUDIND THE WHOLE AREA.

This property was not at all what was described. It is very rustic with curtains instead of doors and only two fans, no ac and in various states of disrepair. The neighbors are only a few feet away from the bedroom and were working on their house at midnight. The neighborhood is full of abandoned cars and buildings.

Only slept there. Bed was comfortable

We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again
