The detached holiday home, built in 1999 and renovated in 2021, is functionally furnished. Available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Balatonberény. The holiday house is located on a 500 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Also on the property is BAL BER 056 (4 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Air conditioning in the living room. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable.
Dogs
not allowed.
