The atrium includes a heated eight-foot-deep pool that is available year-round, along with a hot tub and a stone wall. Sit by the wood-burning fireplace, or sip a drink at the table. Fire up the built-in gas grill. Dine alfresco at one of two outdoor tables. Relax by the wood-burning firepit in the wooded backyard. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to hiking, biking, and fishing - with direct access to over two miles of groomed trails. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, or camping along the riverfront. Dine and shop along Main Street in Chimney Rock. Drive about six miles to wander trails or hit the links at Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure. Picturesque Lake Lure is a dream destination for nature lovers. Chimney Rock is five miles from your door, and Lake Lure Adventure Company offers boat rentals within a nine-mile drive. Lake Lure Rental Boats offer weekly, daily, and half-day rentals as well as discounts for Pinnacle stays.

Take in serene views of trees from the four-person table. Or relax by the wood-burning fireplace. The game room has Ping-Pong, foosball, a smart TV with a soundbar, and a table. The loft has a pool table. A bright nook features a desk and printer.

Prepare recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances. Enjoy meals at the dining table or breakfast bar. The second kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and a dining table.

The primary suite has a TV and a screened porch with a sectional and a swing. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Another suite has a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two ultra-private rooms, including the bunk room with a TV, are free of windows, promising a peaceful night of sleep.

Upper level: Bedroom 1 offers: 1 king bed with bathroom
Main level: Bedroom 2 offers: 1 king bed with bathroom, Bedroom 3 offers: 1 queen bed and shared hallway bathroom
Lower level: Bedroom 4 offers: 1 queen bed, Bedroom 5 offers: 2 bunks - lower bunks are double beds, top bunks are twins and a sleeper sofa and shared hallway bathroom

THINGS TO KNOW
-No motorized vehicles are allowed to be used on the property other than transportation to and from the house; electric bicycles are allowed.
-This three-story rental is accessed via four steps at the entryway.
-The mile-long driveway may require all-wheel-drive during inclement winter weather.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
