The layout of the house is as follows: Ground floor with an entrance patio, living room, kitchen, interior patio, and a bathroom. First floor: 4 bedrooms with shutters and blackout curtains, a terrace with armchairs, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Top floor: terrace with sun loungers and shower, space for drying clothes, and sea and town views. This two-story house has a central staircase providing access to all floors. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Nearby: playground, sea 300 meters away, "La Chica" beach a 15-minute walk. Lively neighborhood with shops and artisans. Safe and free street parking.
