Only 500 metres from the Demoiselles beach, this charming 70 m² house located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez welcomes you for a family stay just a stone's throw from the ocean. Welcoming and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people in an ideal environment, close to the sea and amenities.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete peace. A 20 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors and fully enjoy sunny days.



Inside, entry to the house is via the first floor through a veranda, a true asset of the accommodation. Bright and welcoming, it has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people for family meals or with friends. You will then access the living room, consisting of a sofa and a small television, ideal for relaxation moments after the beach. The American kitchen, located nearby and operating on gas, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as at home.



At night, the house has 2 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190)



A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



Two parking spaces are available on the property's plot.



For your comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron.
