This villa benefits from a large landscaped outdoor area with a private swimming pool and garden, fully enclosed for your peace of mind and security. At the back of the garden, you will enjoy a pleasant glimpse of Lake Valcros, adding an extra touch of charm and tranquillity to the property.

A pétanque court is also available for convivial moments with family or friends, in true Provençal tradition.

Several vehicles can be parked within the property grounds.

Inside, you will discover a bright and air-conditioned living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle… A loggia area completes this level.

The main level features three bedrooms:

Two bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm double beds

One bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed

One of the 160 cm bedrooms is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes.
An independent bathroom and a separate WC complete this level.

On the garden level, you will find an additional space including a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a lounge area and a bathroom, ideal for added privacy.
