In Vieux Boucau, bright and recent housel, located in a quiet area of the resort, only 1.2 km from the beach and close to cycle paths and well-known surf spots.
This south-east facing property can accommodate up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with lounge area and TV, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. A separate toilet with washbasin and washing machine completes this level.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm), as well as a shower room with shower, toilet and double washbasin.
Outside, you can enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace, outdoor furniture and plancha. A private parking space is also available.
A contribution to charges of €35 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€). Cancellation insurance offered with an extra €1 included in the booking fees (guarantees available on request). This accommodation does not have specific facilities for people with disabilities.
