Located in a particularly quiet area, this modern house of 90 m² has been designed to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay. Very bright thanks to its two large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the garden, it has a terrace of 12 m² and a private garden of 240 m², ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunny days.

The 42 m² living space includes a large living-dining room and a fully equipped American kitchen. You will also find a flat-screen TV... You are free to turn it on or take full advantage of the exceptional setting that surrounds you!

The house can comfortably accommodate the whole family or a group of friends thanks to its three bedrooms:

Two bedrooms on the first floor,
A bathroom and separate toilet,
A third bedroom upstairs.

Outside, the flower garden benefits from an integrated watering system that allows it to maintain a beautiful green lawn all year round, conducive to relaxation and well-being.

Of course, we remain at your disposal before, during and after your stay to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.

We fell in love with the geographical location of the land where an old house was located that we could not rehabilitate.
It was then easy to build what we desired. The property is close to EVERYTHING, the sea, the marine lake, the village center (for shopping and restaurants), activities, the pretty bike path 2 steps away.
You can leave your car inside the property during your stay and enjoy your bike or walking:

A REAL STRESS RELIEVER:
The district is one of the first built in VIEUX-BOUCAU, it is residential and quiet, far from the typical noisy tourist sites. The property is not on the edge of a national road or a busy road so you can peacefully get out of your rental without stress, especially if you have children.
We wanted to give the interior of the house a feeling of space and brightness with large bay windows. You have electric curtains on them with switches all grouped on a wall at the entrance or exit of the house, it's very practical.
The decoration is refined and soothing with the comfort we would like to have when we rent too.
