We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, canals, shopping, and we felt very safe. The rental is clean, well-appointed, modern and very comfortable. The only downside is the stairs if one has a mobility issue.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. Boland is very easy to communicate with and is very informative. The place was well stocked and very comfortable. Although the stairs are steep, which is common in Amsterdam, my husband and I are 60 and were able to manage them with no problem. I would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing experience staying at Rick and Astrid’s apartment—it was even better than advertised! The space was beautifully maintained, and they truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Rick and Astrid were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage upon arrival.The location was perfect—situated in a fantastic area with easy walking access to major points of interest. It made exploring Amsterdam a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a more delightful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Great neighborhood & wonderful host. Christy greeted us upon arrival. Assisted us with your luggage and gave us lots of suggestions and tips. Apartment was warm and inviting. Clean. Comfortable beds. Cozy living space. We would not hesitate to book here again.

The location could not have been better! Many things were within walking distance and it was only a short distance to the Trams which could take you to Central Train station. We loved the large room and how great the owners were in their communication and helpfulness. We Highly recommend this one.

I had a wonder time staying in this lovely apartment. It's very cozy, quiet, comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. The apartment is in a great location in Amsterdam. It's remarkably easy to take transit, bike or simply walk everywhere you want to go. Emily was accessible when I had questions and made sure I was well situated. I was sad to leave and would love to return in the future.

Great part of town! The host quickly answered all my questions. There was a cold Heini in the fridge too!! Great holiday!
