The essential asset of this apartment is the superb loggia, pleasant in all seasons, with its magnificent view of the ocean. Directly accessible from the living room through a large bay window that opens fully to enlarge the living space, this area is fitted with a small high table and stools, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or admiring the sunsets at the end of the day.



Inside the apartment, upon your arrival, you will discover a welcoming and bright living area. The living room space consists of two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, inviting relaxation after a day by the sea. Nearby, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 3 people to share your meals. The open, modern and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as if at home.



At night, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190).



A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



A parking space is available in a closed garage in the basement of the building, capable of accommodating a medium-sized car (4x4 impossible due to the height of the parking area).



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine with a drying function, an iron and an ironing board.
