Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- The accommodation is located in the dynamic Newquay district, a stone's throw from Dinard's media library.
- The Mimos'house is less than 15 minutes' walk from the Écluse beach and 17 minutes from the Prieuré beach (which offers the best view of St Malo) and the Port-Breton park.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is just a 4-minute walk away.
- The location of Mimos'house gives you quick access to the main roads leading to the major tourist attractions (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel and neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac and Lancieux).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space. You will find free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets. Free Raphaël Veil car park from September to June, 250 metres from the accommodation (except July and August).
